Therapy for Teens and Adults

A whole person approach to therapy encompasses various forms, including adult therapy, anxiety therapy, and specialized programs like college student counseling and teen therapy. This holistic perspective is particularly beneficial in trauma therapy, ensuring that each individual's unique experiences are addressed.

My Clinical Focus

I work with teens, college students, and adults navigating various challenges, including anxiety and chronic worry through targeted anxiety therapy. I also provide trauma therapy for those dealing with trauma and emotional wounds, as well as support for relationship and attachment challenges. Additionally, I assist individuals experiencing life transitions and milestones, along with school or academic stress through specialized college student counseling. Each person's story is unique, and my role is to meet you exactly where you are—with warmth, patience, and collaboration. Together, we'll build practical tools for coping while gently uncovering the deeper roots beneath your patterns, creating space for insight, peace, and lasting change.

Therapy for Tweens & Teens (ages 12 and up)

The teen years can bring unique challenges — academic pressure, friendship changes, family tension, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm. I specialize in teen therapy to help adolescents build self-awareness, confidence, and healthy coping skills, while providing parents with insight and guidance along the way.

Common areas of focus in my practice include school stress and transitions, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, relationship and friendship challenges, and school avoidance or refusal. Therapy creates a space where teens feel heard and supported, empowering them to navigate life’s changes with resilience and self-trust. For those transitioning to adulthood, I also offer adult therapy and college student counseling to address ongoing concerns, including anxiety therapy and trauma therapy, ensuring a holistic approach to mental well-being.

Therapy for College Students

The transition into adulthood can be exciting — but also uncertain, stressful, and filled with pressure to “have it all figured out.” I offer adult therapy specifically designed to help college students and young adults navigate challenges like anxiety, academic and career stress, relationship and identity shifts, perfectionism, and life transitions through anxiety therapy and college student counseling.

Together, we build practical coping tools and deeper self-understanding, helping you manage stress, set boundaries, and feel grounded in who you’re becoming. Whether you’re seeking teen therapy or trauma therapy, therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and create meaningful change — both internally and in your daily life.

Therapy for Adults

Adulthood brings its own set of pressures — balancing responsibilities, relationships, and the quiet expectations we place on ourselves. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or burnout, adult therapy can offer a place to pause and reconnect with what truly matters.

Together, we’ll explore patterns that keep you feeling stuck, develop practical tools for balance and emotional regulation, and strengthen your sense of clarity and self-trust. If you’re a college student navigating these challenges or seeking anxiety therapy, my goal is to provide a supportive environment. Additionally, for those in need of teen therapy or trauma therapy, I aim to help you feel more grounded, present, and aligned — within yourself and in your life.

Types of sessions

I offer several ways to connect in therapy, including options for adult therapy, anxiety therapy, college student counseling, teen therapy, and trauma therapy, depending on your needs, comfort, and stage of life. Whether you prefer to meet in person, online, or with family support, each session is designed to provide a safe and supportive space that feels personalized to you.

One-on-one sessions in adult therapy provide a safe space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in depth. Parent Sessions

When working with teens in teen therapy, I include parent sessions as part of treatment to support collaboration, insight, and progress at home—while maintaining the teen’s privacy and autonomy. These sessions focus on helping parents understand their child’s emotional world, strengthen communication, and build tools to support their teen’s growth. This approach is essential not only for teen therapy but also complements adult therapy and can be beneficial for college student counseling as well. Additionally, it helps in addressing issues related to anxiety therapy and trauma therapy.

Family Sessions

Family sessions provide space for open communication and understanding among family members. We work together to improve relationships, navigate conflict, and build a foundation of empathy and trust — creating a more supportive environment for everyone involved. This process can be beneficial for various situations, including adult therapy, anxiety therapy, college student counseling, teen therapy, and trauma therapy, as it fosters deeper connections and healing.
